As of, 7.1.2022, all countries have been removed from the "red" list.
Foreign nationals
Foreign nationals of all ages will be permitted to enter the country,
regardless of their vaccination/recovery status, subject to the following entry
procedures:
- Fill out the online MoH
form up to 48 hours before boarding the flight (https://corona.health.gov.il/flights/).
Without filling out the form, it is not possible to board a flight or
enter through the border.
- Performing a NEGATIVE PCR
test up to 72 hours before boarding. If a connecting flight is planned,
and the waiting time between the first flight and the flight that lands in
the country is more than 24 hours - the PCR test must be done within 72
hours before the departure of the flight.
- All passengers, regardless
of their vaccination/recovery status, must enter isolation for 24 hours or
until they receive their negative PCR test from Ben-Gurion International
Airport/Land Crossings, whichever is first.
***Please
note that holders of
valid MFA cards are exempted from the in-advance PCR test, but
still subject to the on-arrival PCR test and must fill out the online MoH form
as per the above instruction.
Israeli ID holders
(including A5 IDs)
- Fill out the online MoH
form up to 48 hours before boarding their flight (https://corona.health.gov.il/flights/).
Without filling out the form, it is not possible to board a flight or
enter through the border. A5 visa holders should apply with
their Israeli ID number.
- Israeli ID holders will
only be required to undergo a PCR test upon entering the country. The
in-advance PCR test is no longer required.
- All passengers, regardless
of their vaccination/recovery status, must enter isolation for 24
hours or until they receive their negative PCR test from
Ben-Gurion International Airport\Land Crossings, whichever is first.
